The annual MSD Talent Show and Pageant was a night to remember, with students, staff, parents, and friends from the community coming together to celebrate the incredible talents of our students. The show featured a diverse range of acts, including mesmerizing storytelling, energetic dancers, and choreographed songs that left the audience in awe. And, of course, no talent show would be complete without a few surprise appearances, including a zombie or two that added an extra layer of excitement to the evening! The pageant portion of the event saw students being questioned on their knowledge and skills, and then scored on their stage presence, thoughtful answers, and overall demeanor. The judges had a tough job, but in the end, the winners were crowned, and the crowd erupted in cheers and applause! For the elementary school, Zalita and Blake took home the top honors, being crowned King and Queen of the elementary division. At the middle school level, Kay Meh and Dalton were the big winners, and Alexus and Roman reigned supreme at the high school level. As the show came to a close, students and staff were already buzzing with excitement, planning their acts for next year's event. The enthusiasm and joy in the room were palpable, and we can't wait to see what next year's talent show has in store!
