This week, the Fulton Fire Department truly outdid themselves by sparking curiosity and inspiring a sense of safety at Stark Elementary! By sharing vital fire safety knowledge, answering a multitude of curious questions from our inquisitive students, and showcasing their impressive ladder truck, which towered above the school grounds, they empowered our students to take charge of their own safety and made them feel confident in the event of an emergency. The firefighters' enthusiasm and patience were palpable as they demonstrated the proper use of fire extinguishers, explained the importance of having a fire escape plan, and highlighted the dangers of playing with fire. A huge thank you to the entire team for fostering a community that prioritizes protection and well-being, and for providing our students with the tools and knowledge they need to stay safe! We're grateful for the positive impact they've had on our school and look forward to their next visit!
