MSD Student Council members embarked on an unforgettable journey to Troy last week, where they attended the 2026 The Greatest Show of Leadership meeting. This year's highly anticipated event featured an extraordinary guest speaker, A'ric Jackson, who fueled their passion with inspiring stories, highlighting the power of diverse leadership styles and the immense potential that lies within every individual. His thought-provoking words of wisdom left a lasting impact on the students, motivating them to become change-makers in their communities. In the spirit of giving back, students brought donations for The Key, a homeless shelter for teens in Lincoln County, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. The Idea Fair was another exciting aspect of the event, where students had the opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas and collaborate with like-minded individuals. And, of course, no MASC meeting would be complete without the energetic and iconic Duck Dance finale! The students danced, laughed, and made new memories. A huge thank you to Troy High School for hosting this unforgettable event, providing a platform for students to learn, grow, and connect with one another. The memories and experiences gained from this event will undoubtedly stay with the students for a lifetime.
