The Haunted House returned to MSD for the second year, and it was a huge success! Under the leadership of Student Council and Jr. NAD members and their dedicated sponsors, the team worked tirelessly for several weeks to transform the MSD Scout Cabin into a spine-tingling experience. They carefully crafted the twisting hallways, surprising scares, and eerie atmosphere, ensuring that every visitor would have a thrilling time. This year's Haunted House was not only a wonderful learning experience for our students, but also a fantastic service to the community, providing a family-friendly classic Halloween scare that brought people together. The students involved gained invaluable hands-on experience in event planning, teamwork, and problem-solving as they built and staged the attraction. Moreover, they had the opportunity to develop their creativity and imagination, bringing their ideas to life. The event was a huge hit, with visitors of all ages screaming with delight as they navigated the haunted hallways. Exhilarated talks are already underway about next year's haunted house, with brainstorming sessions focused on how to improve the experience, add new features, and make it even more terrifying!
