Stark Elementary took Valentine's Day to the max as they engaged in a variety of STEM activities all related to the big day! Students created personalized heart-shaped puzzles, complete with intricate designs and colorful patterns, that challenged their problem-solving skills and showcased their creativity. They also decorated sugar cookies with vibrant frosting and sprinkles, making them almost too cute to eat! Additionally, they watched ASL Valentine's Day stories, and created beaded hearts that sparkled with love and kindness. Moreover, they crafted a them-sized hug for a loved one, spreading joy and affection throughout the school. The students also decorated mason jars with colorful tissue paper to create a stunning Valentine's Day lantern, adding a touch of warmth and coziness to the library. To fuel their creativity, they snacked on puppy chow, a sweet and crunchy treat that's perfect for the occasion. And to top it all off, they ended the day with the longest Magna-tiles Dominoes Stark has ever seen, a true testament to their teamwork and perseverance! It was a day of laughter, growth, teamwork, and memories that will be cherished forever. The excitement was palpable, and the smiles were contagious, making it a Valentine's Day to remember!
